Greater Taylor Community Foundation Distributes $30,000 in Samsung Community Grants to 18 Local Nonprofit Organizations
Taylor, TX — September 30, 2026 — The Greater Taylor Community Foundation (GTCF) announced today the distribution of $30,000 in pass‑through community grants provided by Samsung Austin Semiconductor to support nonprofit organizations serving Taylor and eastern Williamson County.
As Samsung continues to invest in the communities surrounding its Central Texas operations, GTCF served as the intermediary partner to ensure funds were delivered efficiently, transparently, and with strong alignment to local needs.
“These grants reflect Samsung’s commitment to strengthening the fabric of our community,” said Diana Phillips, President of the Greater Taylor Community Foundation. “We are honored to steward these funds and support organizations that deliver direct, meaningful impact for families across our region.”

These organizations represent a broad cross‑section of community priorities, including health care access, youth development, historic preservation, housing stability, mental health services, early childhood support, arts and culture, and emergency response

GTCF operates as an affiliate of the Central Texas Community Foundation (CTXCF), a regional philanthropic institution that provides governance, fiduciary oversight, and administrative infrastructure for community foundations across Central Texas.
