Types of Funds

Donor Advised Funds

A Donor Advised Fund is a popular, flexible, and easy way to support the organizations, causes, groups, and issues that you care about, now and in the future. GTF staff can work with you to identify charitable organizations addressing issues that are important to you. The Foundation ensures the charitable status of beneficiaries and provides additional grant-making and administrative support.

Donor Designated Funds

Donor Designated Funds enable you to support one specific organization that you care about deeply with an endowment fund that will last forever.

Scholarship Funds

Scholarship Funds are a wonderful way to give deserving young people the opportunity to continue their education- focusing on students or educational programs that are important to the donor.

Field of Interest Funds

Field of Interest Funds can be established to address one specific area of interest that is important to the donor. You decide the general purpose of the fund, such as education, arts, or health and the Foundation will identify nonprofits that are effectively accomplishing that goal through competitive grants.

Unrestricted Funds

Unrestricted Funds offer the broadest options for charitable giving by allowing the Greater Taylor Foundation to identify needs and opportunities in the community and target your dollars where they will be most effective through competitive grants.

Agency Endowment Funds

Nonprofit organizations and their supporters can establish a permanent Agency Endowment to support a charity in perpetuity.
